Can you create a test page with the gallery and any other conntent?
Same problem with my website after updating WP Instagram Gallery plugin. WordPress version is 5.2.2.

As you can see, I did a shortcode and clicked a preview. Content doesn’t show, as well as the code is there, on page.

Another issue is when I change the size of images in settings of a gallery, it doesn’t affect the size of images on the page.
correct, to change the size you have to change the column or slides number
The problem persists, I have tried to update the PHP version, create a new page, a new gallery, generate the token again and delete the cache.

It’s really strange because I tried the plugin and my instagram account in another website and it works perfectly.

Is it possible to delete the plugin cache in some way? I have tried to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it but the data is not deleted. Not even, by checking the box that appears in settings.

feeds cache data are deleted every 2hs
the website cache depends on your browser, wordpress configuration, hosting and ISP
