Plugin doesn’t work :(

I’ve been really excited to try out this plugin so I can update my work’s staff page. The first time I tried to activate it, it wouldn’t allow me to access the WordPress dashboard. I had to reach out to our web developers to get it fixed. Me being me, I wanted to give the plugin another chance and it ended up doing the same exact thing it did the first time. I’m really bummed out because I was excited to try it. If anyone can offer any help to why this happens, please let me know! Now I get to wait and see what our web developer says about this happening for a second time within two hours. lol.
