– What is the URL of the website?
– What browser and operating system do you use?
– Where do I need to click to see the Popup?

Hi Syed,
I’ve the same problem.
I just install the plugin, activate and open up visual builder and try to edit a Section but I and can’t see new «Popup» tab in the Section Settings.
The web runs on wp 5.4.2 and last Divi version.
Any idea?

It seems to be solved.
I’m trying to understand if it was my mistake, I thought you could make a popup in a module, and from what I see it has to be in a section.
In any case I will install the plugin on another website and re-check.
As I see the popup it’s only available for section, can’t use it in a module?
(see https://atrexplocanteras.es/productos/ I want a popup button for any kind of products)

Glad, it has started working!
Yes, you can only work on the section to make it a Popup and it is not for Module. Whenever, you use it in module, it will stop functioning.
