• Plugin Version 3.11

    Hello,

i have a problem with this plugin. My Theme is: http://flexithemes.com/themes/levels/

When i add a feed (tried several ones, even the “verge” form your demo video) the preview is fine. But then:

    1. Feed Items: The Feeds are shown here, BUT with no text, only headline, is that correct?
    2. AutoPost: I activated autopost, saved page and want to click on “CLICK TO FETCH FEED ITEMS NOW” but then nothing happens. No posts in “manage auto posts”.

If u need WP Admin to help me, tell me.

    Thanks!

Well all buttons supposed to be not working for me, even the check all feeds button in diagnostics is not working. waited for 15 minutes.

first, the feed items are designed to simply show just the title

second, did you assign feeds to categories and then associate those categories on the autoPost page?

third, go into the global settings tab and check this box and then try again

    Hi Allen,

thank u for your support, i really hope we get this done!

I did insert 2 Feeds, both imports the feed items. One is assigned to a category and one to “none”

In AutoPost i tried with “ALL” Categories and my custom category assigned to a blog category.. nothing works

I checked the box from the picture, but nothing 🙁

It seems like nothing is happening after i click on one of your buttons!

when you go to AutoPost and click to fetch the items, do you then see this activity monitor (wait for it to show after you click fetch)

If not, then the problem is that your system has a javascript conflict, either due to another plugin (which means you can only isolate this if you disable all the other plugins) or something else

I don’t see that activity monitor.

Your plugin is the only one i have installed so far.

Could i give you wp admin / ftp access, so you could have a look?

Well the problem is the theme. I activated another one, there it works fine without problems.

So what should i do now? Is there a way to check if one could fast solve that problem? or do i need to use another theme?

ok…seems like the theme is interfering with my plugin…which theme did you try that made my plugin not work?

Are you gonna fix this or do i Need to Look for another Theme/Plugin?

My suggestion if you need this immediately is look for another plugin. I can’t look into this right now as it is unique to a conflicting theme.

    Ok thx.
