Did you already try to resave the options page?
Yes, I did. The plugin builds images grid but when I press on the image I get standard pop-up with the image.

This seems like a special incompatibility issue with your theme or another plugin. If you want us to have an eye on it, please open a support ticket on our website.
I’ve found that images are generated without proper class (image-lightbox) that is referenced in ‘click’ event. Don’t you know why it could happen?
