Plugin doesn’t work after update to version 2.5

    Hi,

    I updated the plugin yesterday and the page is no longer usable since then. The headlines are no longer drawn properly and the “read more” button does not work at all. Seems that it does not get the focus right for the button click on the “more” button. I use the “Tada” hover effect and when hovering with the mouse on the button strange redraw effects appear. Click does not work at all.
    I added a top padding of 100, which makes the button appear very big but the focus works in the upper area of the button.
    The “less” button seems to have no problem.

    So can i clarify one thing?

    After the update, you thing there is an issue related to hover animation effect?

    yes and no.

    Meanwhile I spend some hours and trying further to identify the problem, installed the previous version of the plugin, which did not help, and switched back to 2.5.

    Seems that after the first installation several problems exist. Option “Show Content Gradient” was switched on (hasn’t recognized that before) with values 80 and 100. This led to the problem that all headlines were displayed grey because they were overlaid with some other rectangle. Due to this it was not possible to select the “read more” button. I solved this problem by switching of that option. BTW: The other button to show less information does not have the problem.

    Another problem is that some hover effects do not work as before (e.g. Tada). They appear correctly in the preview window but behave strange on the web page. I use “Flash”, now, which woks but is not so nice 😉

    Dear Edmon,

    I created a test page under https://www.olln-handwarkers.de/Test-page/ with the “Tada” hover effect and also one with the “gradient” option switched on. It demonstrates both effects I mentioned in my first message.

    I installed the patch and it works fine. The “Tada” hover effect works again as before. Thanks for your help!
