Plugin doesn´t work on Firefox

    Hi Support-Team,

    since a few days the plugin doesn´t work on browser Mozilla Firefox.
    The Dashboard is okay.
    I deactivated and disabled all plugins, and switch to a WordPress default theme.
    But the problem still exist.
    I also deleted the cache.

    In addition to that the dashboards of two other plugins doesn´t work right since that time. Maybe there is a context?

    By the way – using Microsoft Edge browser all three plugins work an everything is okay!

    Could you please explain with the help of a screenshot what is the exact issue facing while using our plugin on Mozilla Firefox? As we checked your site from a Mozilla Firefox browser the frontend UI works as expected. You may refer to the screenshot. If the issue is with the backend please share the screenshot as requested.

    Thank you for the screenshot. But this is the problem.
    With my Mozilla Firefox I don´t see it in the frontend.

    In the backend I miss the icon on the left Sidebar too.

    Hello support-team,

    the plugin is working now!
    The problem might be in the firefox browser.

    I updatet it and everything was okay.
