I have installed the Simple Lightbox and inserted the gallery w/ images linking to respective files. But the plugin does not work — I cannot see the images.

Screen dims on click but no image is loaded.

Checked the jQuery version w/ the bookmarklet: site runs 1.11.1.

Hi, the issue you are experiencing is usually caused by invalid HTML that stops the browser from properly parsing the page.

Resolving the validation issues will allow SLB to display the lightbox properly, and also improves your site’s cross-browser compatibility, SEO, etc.
