Plugin doesn’t work when using Yubikey/mobile phone

I’ve set up 2 factor using a YubiKey and it works fine using the desktop. But when I try to login using my cell phone I get the 2 factor message telling me to tap the Yubikey, but the Yubikey isn’t blinking and when I do tap it nothing happens on my cell phone. How do I get 2 factor/Yubikey to work for my cell phone
