What do you mean a third-party setup? HPOS is an option in Woocommerce, and by the way, in your support ticket system, this WP Duplicate Page is not listed

WooCommerce is regarded as the 3rd party setup in this case, since the HPOS system is not associated with WordPress directly.
Also, you do not need to use the ticket support, you can use any other alternatives there or simply use the live chat widget located at the bottom right of the page.
