Dashboard (/wp-admin/) does not have LSB by default, which exactly admin page do you mean, or which plugin put LSB on your dashboard? You are using the latest qtx, right?

Problems with teh pluging HeadSpace2
Deactivating HeadSpace2 everything is OK
The plugin HeadSpace2 is not maintained anymore: http://urbangiraffe.com/plugins/headspace2/. Give it up? There is a bunch of other plugins to work with metas. Besides, google does not recommend to use meta tags anymore either. Or fix it yourselves? Any errors in JS console? These steps may help: https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/troubleshooting/
