It’s definitely not normal that the plugin doesn’t work on smartphones — the icons and reactions should display correctly on all devices. You can even choose a different layout specifically for smartphones.
I’d love to help you solve this, but I’ll need a bit more information to understand what’s going on.
Could you please let me know:
• A link to the page where you’re using DaReactions
• What kind of smartphone and browser you tested it with
• If you’re using any caching or optimization plugins (these sometimes interfere with JavaScript or CSS)
• If you’ve made any customizations to DaReactions or wpForo
As soon as I have this info, I’ll do my best to investigate and help you fix the issue quickly.
