Plugin dont delete unused images

    Hello.

    I have a problem with the free version of the plugin.

    i use Divi, WebP express and i have a multisite.

    When i scan my media library with the “seems unused” filter. The plugin dont work well. The plugin detect used images. And in some cases dont detect unused images or duplicated images that are not used.

    What can i do ?

    Hi @mikeserb,

    You said you are using Divi; this plugin is only supported in the Pro version, as you see in the description of the plugin (Divi is listed there). But even if you haven’t read the description, a warning should be present in the Cleaner Dashboard. You haven’t seen it either? That is worrying, as I would absolutely want my users to be aware of that before the scan is started.

    That said, multisite installs are supported, and WebP Express shouldn’t be a problem at all, this is all supported in the free as well.
