Plugin don't work with Adwords gclid param

Hi, i add some article to adwords and after few days i see a very strange thing. Adwords add a param “gclid” to track user in Google Analytics, but when user click on ads, and google adwords add this param at the end of the url (like site.com/?mykw=test&gclid=aAAaAAa), Urls Params plugin don’t work. I insert a shortcode like [urlparam param=”FirstName” default=”Friend”/] in “a” tags, when in the url there’s “gclid” param, the plugin take default param “in this case “Friend”, and if “gclid” is missing, plugin works.
