    Instagram feed is not loading. No errors show on front end or backend. I tried deleting cookies and website cache. Also checked different browsers. Still not working.

    Hi,

    I should ask you to update the plugin and save your feed once again.

    Also, may I kindly ask you to insert the short-code not as a widget, but in a simple page. We would like to know whether it is a general problem or not.

    Hi Suzie,

    The plugin is updated and I saved the feed again.

    Also, it is already inserted as a shortcake on the sidebar. I also added the shortcode to the blank page and it is showing the same way.

    @suziekh I didn’t publish this page, as this is a client’s website and I cannot publish pages like that. I did preview the page though and the feed was not showing. Do you need a screenshot?

    I am unable to send an email to the address you provided.
