Plugin duplicates also post views

    Hi. Thank you very much for your plugin!
    I have some issue. When I duplicate post, it duplicates also post views (the number of people, that have seen the post). I guess this functionality is provided by some other plugin, but maybe you could help me. How can I fix that, so after duplicating, the number of views of “new” post will be reseted to zero?

    Hi @ykartoev,
    first of all it should be established which plugin handles the views, or if it’s your theme.
    Then you’d have to write to the developer team of the theme/plugin to know which custom field is used to store the views: once that you know that, you simply add its name in the Do not copy these fields textbox under Settings→Duplicate Post, tab What to copy ad the views will be prevented from being copied.
