[Plugin: Dynamic Headers] dh_has_header() issue

    I think I may have found a bug in the Dynamic Headers plugin. When you explicitly assign some header image to a page, then set it to ‘No Media Header’, the row in the wp_custom_headers table for this post is not deleted and the function dh_has_header() still returns true.

    Wonder if anyone else has noticed this.
