    Easy Add Thumbnail plugin works with default feature image from WordPress, not with custom featured images functions provided by thesis or another theme.

    So if you want to use this plugin, you must use standard WordPress media library to upload the image attached to the post, and use a theme that relies in the default WordPress feature image/thumbs system.
