Every time easy-adsenser is updated, which seems like every few days, I have to go back in and edit the margins in easy-adsenser.php to get the ads to sit full left in posts.

i.e.

set margin:12px to zero.

Any easier way?

I will expose this margin setting as an option in one of my next general releases. Look for it in V2.7+.

PS: The next release of general interest is going to be 2.7. All other releases in between are for internationalization, translations etc.

I released V2.71 earlier today with options to tweak margins. Please take a look, and let me know if you have any trouble with it.
