Yes, above and below header options don’t work in WP2.9.1. I will fix it and push a release in a couple of days.

I pushed version 2.86 to correct this problem. Please check.
PS: If anybody knows the WordPress hook that will let a plugin developer add text immediately below the <body> tag in the generated html, please post here.

By the way, putting it below the header will hide the article.
I’m planning a major upgrade (to V3.0) in a few weeks. I will try to address this issue after the upgrade.
