    Hello Richard

    I’m sure you would have got a refund, I’ve had only a couple of cases where I have refused a refund due to the amount of time spent with a customer and the fact that any fault turned out to be caused by hosting etc.

    The interface started out simple but after a year of constant requests and delivering on those requests it quickly became packed. ECI will be replaced during the 2nd half of 2012 and WordPress CSV Importer will be available as the most advanced plugin. ECI will be made a lot easier.

    Well I have a lot of work to do. If you are keen on getting any of my solutions free Richard please let me know in a couple of months.
