[Plugin: Easy Shortcode Buttons] Not compatible with IE and Opera

The buttons don’t show as they should in IE and Opera. How come the plugin haven’t been tested in the major browsers before release?
I’ve made several changes to the css-file to get the plugin working as it should. The updated css-file is available here for a limited time.
