[Plugin: EasyIndex Plus] Does not display index

Easy index plus does not display any index and display’s blank page. Previously it use to work, however, it has stopped working. I am not sure when did it stop working. Looks like it has stopped working long back. I have also raised a ticket but no response from EasyIndex team.

I was wondering if anyone has the same issue and has worked out with any workaround? any pointers would be really a great help
