[Plugin: EasySMS] huge error with widget

When I add the widget (after enabling both plugins successfully) it appears on the admin sidebar like this:

%BEG_OF_TITLE%Subscribe to SMS Notification%END_OF_TITLE%

It isn’t styled, not in button form, and cannot be disabled. I tried replacing all the “<?”s with “<?php” but it didn’t help. It’s a clean wordpress install and everything is updated. What is problem here?

On the published page side bar only the title is shown and the themes footer disappears.
