[Plugin: EasySMS] Mixing subscribers

It is mixing up subscribers of my all blogs

My all blogs are on save server. perhaps it is mixing those blogs which are on same database.

Users subscribe at telecoms.ninja.pk but I can see them at max99.ninja.pk

I can see subscribers on both sites.
