[Plugin: Edit Flow] 0.7 – Calendar issues

    Hi,

    I was yet to use Edit Flow but had it installed to check out. Mine installation updated it this morning so now was the time to give it some attention.

    In particular I was interested in at least the Calendar. I noticed in the setting for that that the area that should have contained an entry field for Number of Weeks to show was missing.

    I also checked out the actual Calendar and it shows no content at all. Either past or scheduled. Am I doing something wrong here?

    Actually (and by accident) I clicked the ‘Today’ button and content started displaying.

    Which is wierd since the dates looked similar and included ‘today’. That said, there isn’t a year displayed so I’m wondering whether that original calendar was actually Jan 2011 instead of 2012.

    Thanks. That had me stumped… But the “Today” button fixed it for me too.

    Funny you folks ran into the only issue I saw right before releasing, and that I decided was minor enough to wait until v0.7.1 🙂

    I’ve committed a fix so it will be resolved in the next release. In the meantime, hitting “Today” will always take you to the current day, and the calendar will save your view from that point going forward.

    Might be minor to someone that has used the plugin however hitting ‘Today’ was certainly not an obvious thing to do for me.

    For a first time user, when I open a page like the calendar, the expectation would be to display what the user should be expecting.

    Thank goodness I fiddle around with things 🙂
    And cool it’s fixed as well.
