[Plugin: Editorial Calendar] Page support

I really like the drag and drop feature! It makes an editors job so much easier when shifting posts around.

Like some others, I would like to see pages and posts in one unified calendar. If that calendar offered the same info as it does now, with the addition of a “post type” line to differentiate between posts and pages, that would be great from my point of view.

I did notice a reference to custom post types being supported. What do I need to do to create a calendar that only shows pages? That would work for me, although my ultimate preference would be to have a unified calendar.
