• Hi

The save button is not clickable on the calendar so I can’t add new posts to the calendar.

I also get this message >> An error occurred while loading the calendar: undefined
I have checked my plugins (turned them all off) and I still get the same message and non-clickable save button.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

  • Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar. I’m sorry you’re having an issue with it.

Which version of the calendar and WordPress are you using? Do you see any errors in your browser’s JavaScript console when the calendar loads?

    Thanks,
    Zack

    Hi Zack

    Calendar – v2.5
    WP – v3.4.2

Do you see any errors in your browser’s JavaScript console when the calendar loads?

<< no idea what or where that is.

Any chance I could log into your blog and take a look? You can make a new user and give me editor level access. You can mail the information to [email protected].

    Thanks,
    Zack

    Hi Zack

I just sent you the login.
Look out for an email from [email protected]

    Thanks

Thanks for the login. I was able to take a look and the error you’re having is:

Error loading calendar: TypeError: jQuery(“#edcal_scrollable”).scrollable().getVisibleItems is not a function

This means that another plugin or theme on your blog is using some JavaScript that loads a jQuery plugin named scrollable that conflicts with the one in the Calendar.

You should try disabling other plugins and see if it fixes the issue. Start with any plugins that do complex scrolling. Please let me know if you find the issue.

    Thanks,
    Zack
