Hello,
Thank you for using the Editorial Calendar. Drag and drop is working for me on IE8 and Firefox 6. Can you try it out with our test blog:

If it works there then it is probably a plugin conflict issue with your blog. If it doesn’t then it might be a browser issue. Please let me know.
Thanks,
Zack
Hi I tested it and I had some bug with it too.
Any post that is greyed I can’t move, but any one that’s in black text I can.
I proved that in my blog too and then created a new post (which appeared in black) and it let me move that one.
All my legacy posts are in the grey status so unable to be moved.
Here’s a video of bot your sandbox and my site in action so you can see what I mean. Done in Firefox 6.0.2

As a photographer I usually post content with images and tags and twitter info so use the full editor.
The Calendar plugin will be great for moving stuff around, but I won’t be creating content in that pop-up util.

Hi CallumW,
Those greyed out posts are the ones which have already been published. The calendar doesn’t allow you to move those. That’s why they’re greyed out :).
I understand about using a lot of images. One way I use the calendar is to create the post in the calendar and fill in the title there. Then I click the “Edit” link to edit the post in the WordPress edit screen.
Starting the post in the calendar is an easy way to make sure I schedule it at the right time and still access all of the WordPress editing options.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Zack
Cheers Zack
I kinda suspected that may be the case as I was writing the reply.
Hopefully, if someone else thinks the same thing, they’ll will find this and have their answer straight away 🙂
