So:
Frontend for non-admin is just the one meta-tag and the tags for analytics (installed as if copied from analyics etc) , but thats it.
Admin users will have a bit more code (for admin bar etc).

Same for me, it slowed down my site by 20 points when I was testing via https://pagespeed.web.dev
So I simply disabled their spyware and my site is happy again.
After searching online I found out that there are a lot of other disappointed user out there, see below an example:
