Plugin Enabled for Hooks?

I’m looking to change the link from load_dynamic_css_style to a static css file so we don’t have all that static css load in the body. The fix you recommend above is fine, but it’ll be lost with any updates to your plugin. I’s like to apply this with a hook: is your plugin enabled for such a fix? Or do you have another similar solution to apply this customization safely?
