[Plugin: Envolve Chat] Never stops loading

    Hi there!

    I installed this on two websites I have but it seems that it keeps auto-loading the page or that the page never finishes loading. This wound up causing an error with one of my site’s other plugins so I had to remove it.

    However, I would like to keep it. Do you know why this might be happening?

    Outstanding work James! I believe that the plugin is supposed to continuously run like this. It works well on my buddypress site. Yet I do have an issue with creating or editing member and group avatars. My feeling is that the continuous cycle of the Envolve plugin conflicts with the cropping process of an avatar. Are you aware of this James? 🙂

    Hi All – Sorry for the bug! We’ve resolved an issue where the chat would never appear to be loading. You should no longer have trouble uploading avatars, etc. Please note that some browsers may say “Loading data from edge2rx4.envolve.com…” or similiar somtimes. This is a normal side-effect of our real-time technology, and it shouldn’t cause any problems.
