[Plugin: Envolve Chat] Removing user locations from Envolve chat?

A few users of my site have already expressed concern that it tells other users where they live. I already removed the Country Flags from the chat with the account management settings, but on hvoering over someone it still displays location information.

Is there anyway to remove this?
