Hi
The widget should have 3 fields as in this picture : http://s.ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/ep-hashimage/screenshot-4.png?r=583093
If not, and as you say, you have modified the code. Please try to remove the plugin and reinstall/download it from ww.wp.xz.cn.
If you still have problems, please test with all your other plugins deactivated.
The syntax error you get is nothing I can reproduce, might be your php guy that missed to close something in the code.
Well, the hashtag field seems to be there now. Now, if only I could get the dang thing to actually show up on the page… 🙁

Have you tried to deactivate all other plugins on your site?
Hmm. Haven’t tried that. Is this just shooting in the dark or are there known issues involving this (or similar) plugins?

I’m just shooting in the dark here.
I have no idea why you cant see any images.
Do you use the async options or not?
Sorry, I thought I’d posted a follow-up to your last but obviously I didn’t. I’m not sure what you mean by async options.

In the plugin option page there is an option to load the images “async” wich mean that the images are loaded after your site is loaded.

Please try to change that to false and see in anything loads for you then.
Again, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Going it too many directions… 🙁
No progress. I changed async to no/false. No change. The theme this site has was custom programmed. Is there anything in the theme design that might be creating an issue?
Hi I’m also having an issue with the widget. If I use my hash SNPCA nothing is displayed but if I use cute then it works fine. Any Idea?

@sunamon
If you search for #SNPCA on twitter.com you don’t get any result and since this plugin search via search.twitter.com you don’t get any results back to your site.
@ldmartin1959
After testing to search on your “strive2bfit” tag on twitter as well I see that there is no results for that and that is why you get empty results and blank page.
To both of you, to make it clear. The plugin search via the twitter search. So to find hashtaged instagram, flickr and other images, they have to be posted and tagged on twitter. The plugin does not search directly on each network.
So, for your cases, there is nothing wrong with the plugin. You get an empty result back and that is what the plugin is displaying.
Gotcha! Thanks for clearing it up for us Mattias, Great job on the plugin. Not being a programer is there anyway of having the plugin search instagram directly? I am putting this on my community associations website and wanted people to be able to post instagram photo’s from the neighborhood. but the extra step of posting twitter my prove to much. Trust me I get how easy it is, but some times it’s like herding cats. I’m sure you understand. If that is not something you are interested in pursuing I completely understand. Regardless thanks!
