Hello, I’m getting the following error when a form on my site sends an email on submission.

EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v1.8.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

Mailer: Pepipost
invalid domain.
Consider running an email test after fixing it.

Hi @cakuhldesign,

Your domain is invalid, probably still under approval, and you’ll need to contact Pepipost support as they verify your domain manually. In case it helps, you can check your domain verification here: https://pepipost.com/blog/add-verify-domain/

Hello, my domain is verified already. It is all connected and approved.

Hi @cakuhldesign – Please check your domain status with Pepipost. The error message suggests the issue with your domain. Let me know their response when you get in touch with them.

same story here. domain verified but plugin reports invalid domain message everyday. After test is done message disappears but de hours later (or when email is sent ) it appears again.

Hi @spaceda – When you get a chance, could you please let me know if you have ‘From Email’ in WP Mail SMTP specific to your verified domain with Pepipost? For example: if you have verified https://example.com, the From Email should be [email protected] and not other email domains such as [email protected].
