    An unknown error has occurred! Refer to our troubleshooting guide for assistance.

    This is what is displayed when I want to import existing clients. When I go to the “import” tab of the plugin. The only thing I have done is install and activate.

    Hi @patrickravaglia94,

    Please try increasing the execution timeout and reducing the import batch count value to 5 or lesser in the plugin settings and check if the issue still occurs or not. If yes then please share your import log file and system status report via support.
