Hello,

I have been using your publishpress capabilities plugin for the last 7
months perfectly fine. However I have come into a very frustrating error.

I have deactivated the plugin and reactivated it as i was having some issues with roles and wanted to reset user roles, since i have deleted plugin and try to activate, nothing happens and then when i try click on “edit roles” on the plugin itself it says i dont have permission to access even know im on admin log in.

I rely on this plugin and wish to get this sorted asap, hope you can help.

Hello,

My point is, i cant even access that page.

The Capabilities plugin isn’t even showing up on menu, it is activated on the plugins but not showing on menu. When i try access plugin or “edit roles” on the plugin itself it says i dont have permission to page.

But, i am logged in as admin.

I have another questions, hoping you can help.

Vendors on my site have their own Instructor dashboard, however in their dashboard “shop settings” option is not coming up.

I have looked over WCVendors,Woocommerce, but the issue seems to be the capabilities. Is there a capability im missing? Im sure i have ticked the ones that should allow vendors access to their “shop settings”

Would be much appreciated if you can try and help with this?

Hello,

Its the shop setting tab on the menu bar.

Example you have

Product, Feedback, Profile and usually “shop settings” where vendors can connect their store to payout options and enter in their contact details etc.
