Plugin error after activattion on XAMPP

    i have problems after active the plugin wp 3.9.1 generated lines of error. Please help & advise

    Memphis Documents has not been tested on Windows machines but it looks like it is having some trouble creating important files that it needs to function. I’ll have a look but I have no Windows test box so it will be a little trick for me.
