Hello @vincenzost
Thanks for reporting the issue.
To better understand what went wrong with version 3.0.1, please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, and check if there’s a fatal error log available related to the time of the crash. Once found, please upload the log content via PrivateBin and share the link with us.
We are currently aware of a known issue with the YITH Subscriptions plugin, which can trigger a fatal error with PayPal Payments 3.0.1. If you’re using that plugin, it’s very likely the source of the crash. Please also let us know if YITH Subscriptions is active on your site.
Looking forward to your update.
Kind Regards,
Krystian
Hi Krystian,
Thanks for your reply.
You can download the WooCommerce fatal error log from the link below:

Yes, I have the YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin (Version 4.5.0) installed on my website.
Hello, any update on when the issue will be fixed so I can reinstall the plugin? Thank you.
Hello @vincenzost
While it may be triggered when using our plugin, the root cause lies within their integration. Unfortunately, we don’t include YITH plugins in our QA process, so we weren’t able to catch this earlier.
Please reach out to the YITH support team and let them know about the conflict. They should be able to patch it faster than we are.
Kind Regards,
Krystian
Hi Krystian,
I’ve just submitted a support request to YITH regarding this issue. You can check it here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/critical-error-site-crash-after-v3-0-1-update/.
Hopefully, they will respond soon with a solution. Let’s stay in touch and update each other if we get any feedback or fixes.
Best,
Vincenzo
