[Plugin: eShop] Digital Products all corrupted?

    That shouldn’t happen, what size are the zip files?

    They’re around 500kb

    ok can you try and open the copy of the zip on your pc, if that opens fine, upload it. the via ftp navigate to the wp-content/eshop_downloads directory and download that copy. Can you open that one?

    Yeah, I can open that one with no problem!

    Sorry, I meant I can open it on my PC with no problem. However, when I check the site via FTP (I use FileZilla), I can’t see the file in the directory. I can’t download it via FTP because I can’t see it! I can’t see it in my webhost’s file manage either.

    Is the wp-content/eshop_downloads directory actually there? are there any files in it besides the zip file you are trying to upload?
