[Plugin: eShop] Downloads page code – transactionID "proccessing"

    Hi,
    here is the problem.

    Transaction is completed (buyer gets email from Paypal) but no email from the site and in Orders page it shows as “proccessing” or pending.
    I tested and sent email to buyer from eShop admin/Order details page and email sent just fine.

    Now I know that PayPal could take few days to communicate with eShop but I went on Downlods page ( mysite.com/downloads ) and was presented with email and code.
    What is the “code” ?
    I tried entering PayPal transactionID (from Paypal) but did not work.
    What is the “code” ?

    I thought that I could email buyer and send them to download page to download product while PayPal and eShop finish communicating.

    Can you explain bit about that?

    if you do not get an email from eShop for that purchase then for whatever reason paypal has not contacted your site – you should sort that out before going any further.

    We suggest testing in the twenty eleven theme with all other plugins deactivated.

    From the detailed page for that order, you can sent an email via the customers email address, click it and you will be taken to a prepopulated form that include the download code and instructions.
