[Plugin: eShop] Emails fail when discount code is used

    I am selling a pdf download with the eshop plugin. I’m struggling when customers use a discount code.

    They are paying through paypal. When they return to my site after paying they don’t get the link to download the file on the Thank you page and they don’t receive the emailed link to the file.

    It works great when they don’t use a discount code. All payments are through paypal.

    Any ideas?

    does eShop show the order as successful?

    Hi, no. The order goes into Pending, and under Transaction ID it says Processing…

    and what is the subject and first portion of the email that is sent to the admin for that transaction?

    Subject: Paypal IPN -A Failed Payment Ref:6NX60341R3612503C
    First portion (Let me know if you need more)

    Details:
    The transaction was not completed successfully. eShop could not validate the order.business [email protected] custom 7e200b36a90fbf9de4e2e85fd2432fc850435e89101142.76573830 amount 2.45

    In the meantime, you may also want to try installing the eShop Magic transaction logger plugin.
