That looks like a hacked version of eShop to me. Try re-uploading a fresh copy of eShop, deactivating all other plugins and switching to the Twenty Eleven theme.
Any progress on this? I’m still having the same issue, and am going to have to abandon shop soon if I can’t resolve it 🙁
Afraid Not, I could’nt figure it out so im using just paypal buttons at the moment and ditched eshop
I did try the stop cookies add on, and it doesn’t help. What exactly do I need to write in the help desk ticket to my host?
Also, I just retested. Was not able to “proceed to confirmation” on my main site or one of the child sites I tested, but it DID let me finish the process all the way through to Paypal’s site on another child site of mine. I’m still a bit confused as to how it could be a server issue if it works on some of the sites on my server, but not others?

Tell them that you have an issue with cookies wither not being set correctly or being corrupted.

Are they really all on the same server? Or just with the same host? My 6 installs with the same host are on 3 physically different servers.
IDK, but my site’s cpanel clearly says “Windu Server” *shrug*
Just put in a help desk ticket, or rather replied to the one I had put in in September when my issues cropped up. Linked them to this thread as well as the one on the eShop support site, and had to give them my WP login info…that makes me all nervous :/
I had the same problem. One thing I figured out is the plugin causing it which is SFC (simple facebook connect). Having both active at the same time causes trouble. I don’t know how to overcome this problem though and I’d appreciate anybody who can share the fix 🙂
