[Plugin: EU Cookie Directive] Accept/Deny and Auto Accept

Hey

I think this plugin should be updated with the option to be more like a lot of sites are implementing the new cookie law.

e.g. http://www.virgin.com and http://www.bbc.co.uk.

Have like accept or deny buttons. If they don’t click any they assume they are accepted and are auto accepted.
