[Plugin: Events Manager] Event Date – No TBD?

I am trying to use the start date to output something other than a date. Some of the events need to be labelled “Spring 2010” or “TBD”. I am currently using this code to output a category list.

[events_list category="8,9, 11"]<p><span class=grid_2>#_EVENTDATES </span><span class=grid_3>#_EVENTLINK </span><span class=grid_2>#_CATEGORYNAME</span><span class="grid_3">#_ATT{Instructors}</span></p>[/events_list]

Is there a solution for this?
