[Plugin: Events Manager Extended] Event Date dropdown menu broken!

Hi,

Events Manager Extended has been working just fine for me, except the last couple of days I have been unable to add a new event because the ‘date’ field is not working.

When I hover over it, I am able to select the month and the year but there is just a blank space where the calendar (days) should be. I don’t seem to be able to enter the date manually either so there’s no way of adding an event!
