[Plugin: Events Manager Extended] Permalinks

I’ve updated the trunk version with an option so you can disable permalinks:

Please do try it out (and use the new setting of course if needed).
I would really want SEO permalinks to work in all cases, so please let me know whenever it doesn’t work and allow me to do some testing if possible.
