first, did you download and install http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/wp-fullcalendar/
then see the settings at EM Events > Settings > General > Full Calendar Options and WP Settings > WP FullCalendar

if you use option settings > general > Full Calendar Options > Override calendar shortcode? -yes ; you can use [events_fullcalendar] in your wp page or simply [fullcalendar]

do you have any sample screenshot instead? also, have you tried:
– deactivating other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
