[Plugin: Events Manager] Locations won't update after modifying database

I’m trying to bulk add 100-some locations to the wp-events manager via importing directly to the sql database. When adding or changing data in the database, however, the data change is not reflected when I view the site. I’ve tried clearing caches, etc., but nothing seems to do the trick. Not sure if this is related to WP events manager or a wordpress thing in general. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
