• Well, tested and tested and this is what is happening, when i enable guest booking and enable no user booking and select a subscriber user for the no user booking, when making a test booking only the details of that subscriber stay and no nname of guest or details stay and the confirmation also does not show.

At the same time if i disable this than things work fine but do not want guest bookings to make logins

need help, is it a rights issue with the group subscriber? what rights would they need.

I have tried to create a new subscriber and tried to add it to the no user booking mode but still the same, it only records the subscriber created but not the information of the booking form. Was working a week ago wonder if the update did something, anyone???

am going to test this and update you.

we might have a fix for this, but try turning off PHP error reporting on your server, it’s probably that

A fix would be great, though will try to turn the php error reporting, not sure where to do it though as am on go daddy.

Ok, I managed to turn off the php error reporting, it allowed me to make a test booking and gave me the green confirmation, but the name and number of the test booking were not retained and only kept the default subscriber user details. So turning it off did not help.

When turning on the no user booking mode, it is only registers the details of the subscriber created for this function. It does not record any additional information as its suppose too as the number shows up as not supplied and the name of the person just shows as the subscribers name.
Is their some setting I am missing or seems to be an error needing to be fixed, thanks.

Just upgraded to events pro and this issue went away and is working as panned

it shouldn’t matter that Pro is installed (since it’s an add-on and still uses the main plugin code for this process).

odd that it fixed itself (maybe a temp issue?) but if it happens again let us know šŸ™‚

I’m having exactly the same problem. It worked before, but on the latest versions it just stopped working. Now I have bookings for my event without contact information, just the default guest user. Please advise.

Yeah, that fixed the problem. Is there a way to get the lost registrations back?

depending on the exact issue, you may be able to see the infomration stored int he database table row, but to restore it I doubt it (unless you write a script to set things right on your db)

Just my 5 cents. Had the same issue and the latest dev fixed it as well.

No, no sign of it in the db. A real pity. We lost a few bookings from this bug…
